NAV YUVA ADHIKAR SEVA SANSTHA is a community-focused trust based in Ballabgarh, Faridabad, Haryana. We work with underprivileged families, women, children and farmers to improve access to quality education, primary healthcare, livelihood skills and basic infrastructure. Our approach is participatory, locally-led and aimed at sustainable change.
NAV YUVA ADHIKAR SEVA SANSTHA was created to address persistent gaps in rural services — especially education, primary healthcare and livelihood opportunities. Starting as a local initiative in Ballabgarh, we now deliver integrated programs in villages and peri‑urban communities across Faridabad and nearby districts, focusing on long‑term empowerment rather than short‑term relief alone.

Our Mission

At NAV YUVA ADHIKAR SEVA SANSTHA, our mission is to empower marginalized and underprivileged rural communities by providing access to quality education, comprehensive healthcare, sustainable livelihood opportunities, and social justice awareness. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where every individual, regardless of gender, caste, disability, or economic status, can realize their full potential and live with dignity. We focus on promoting education and skill development by supporting rural children with quality schooling, digital literacy, and vocational training for women, youth, and differently-abled persons. Our healthcare initiatives include organizing free medical camps, promoting preventive care, maternal and child health, immunization, and nutrition awareness, while integrating traditional wellness practices such as Ayurveda and Yoga.

Our vision at NAV YUVA ADHIKAR SEVA SANSTHA is to foster a just, equitable, and inclusive society where every individual enjoys the fundamental rights to education, health, livelihood, and dignity. We envision vibrant rural communities where children, especially girls and those from disadvantaged backgrounds, have access to quality education and digital learning tools that prepare them for a brighter future, with minimal dropout rates and greater access to higher education. We see women as empowered, economically independent, socially aware, and free from discrimination and violence, actively participating in decision-making processes within their families and communities. Our vision includes communities where health and well-being are universal, with affordable and quality healthcare services, improved maternal and child health.
